It has now been 54 smoke free days. I have roughly not spent $216 so far.
And I am up to between 6-8 miles of country walking per day. On the days that I don't walk I ride the stationary bike for 1 hour.
The boys on the North Slope just called and requested that I leave for Alaska tomorrow.
