Back In The Kitchen With The Manny

In search for the perfect "sticky bun" I came across a recipe in Family Circle Magazine.

It did require a little bit of time, three plus hours, and they really did look good.









Were they best yet - No. If it were a contest about looks then okay but the taste was missing something. Usually they taste the best out of the oven but these seem to be better the next morning. Maybe it is just me or the lack of the extra stick of real butter that makes me think these are not the greatest.

That's okay as now I can continue to try different recipes in my quest.

Fun With The Kids

It was sure a fun time with the kids in 2010.













I am so looking foreward to 2011 with the grandkids. It is such a joy and pleasure watching them grow up, although they seem to be growing way to fast for me.
