How does Your Garden Grow

The garden's at Nana and Jonesie have had a wonderful year this year. Plenty of rain and heat to make everything grow big and tall.

Here are the squash that are about 4 feet tall and the cumbers in the back.
We were able to keep up with the eating the cucumbers for a while but not anymore.

This years crop of blueberries is the best it has ever been. We have eaten them off the bush, with breakfast, in a cobbler and hopefully in a cake soon.

Time To Relax

On the farm in Wisconsin we have many, many different species of everything.

Now if you have the ability to change colors and not move, life in Nana's flowers is pretty nice.

In the evening crawl up on our bedroom window or go the the lamp post at night for something to eat and return to the good life before morning.

Summer Time and the Living is Easy

Swimming in the lake. This is a first for the Oregon kids. Emme kept telling me that she wanted to swimming in the pool and the only pool I had was this lake.
After a little pushing and prodding, E and I got Em to jump in and cool off.
