We were able to keep up with the eating the cucumbers for a while but not anymore.
We changed the name of our farm after realizing our spring does not connect to Mines Creek. Spring Pond Farm is a temporary change and doesn't quite "go bing". Any suggestions? Previously considered names are: Trout Lily Farm (similar farm names around), Turkey Hill Farm (Martha Stewart's old home, not very original), Woodpecker Farm (we have four species of woodpeckers in residence, but the name has goofy connotations), Bob's Knob (might get us on some porno sites).

How does Your Garden Grow
We were able to keep up with the eating the cucumbers for a while but not anymore.
Time To Relax
Now if you have the ability to change colors and not move, life in Nana's flowers is pretty nice.
In the evening crawl up on our bedroom window or go the the lamp post at night for something to eat and return to the good life before morning.

Opening Day
I went to my usual spot that I have been fishing since i was a teenager and it was kind of tough fishing. The fish cooperated well enough but the other CLOWN so called fishermen were the problem. One had no regard for me fishing one spot as he started walking thru the middle of the hole. I did not have kind words for him.
Anyway, the day was a success if you think of success by the amount of fish caught.
Nana and I had these fillets that night so they were quite fresh and good.
Oh by the way these are Brook Trout.

Grandparents Week
During the kid watch week many activities were done, some of which are included in the pics.
Go Evan, Go Evan, Go Evan, Go Evan!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grandparents Week
So here we go. Nana and Jonesie were on kid watch for a week while the parents went to CA. for play time.
It was work and some of the most pleasurable work that I have ever done.
Nana and Emme were best of friends for the entire week of being together.
